Tossa de Mar

tossa de mar.jpgTossa de Mar is a popular city located at the Costa Brava, about 103 kilometers to Barcelona and very near to the Girona Airport. It is a historic city with beautiful beaches and historical monuments. Furthermore it is popular as it is a traditional fishing town.

The landscape is set by beach promenades and rocks and provides numerous hotels and restaurants. If you want to spend your holiday in a hotel in Tossa de Mar, you have plenty of possibilities to do activities. For those of you who like to enjoy silent atmosphere, they can take a trip to one of the beautiful bays right around Tossa de Mar. From the harbour in Tossa de Mar you can take boat trips to explore the fascinating landscape.

Having a car will give you the possibility to explore the landscape also on the panorama road that starts next to Tossa de Mar. This road has a length of 13 km and leads through pine forests along the coastline. You will be able to enjoy the view on the sea and the small bays from one of the parking bays.
