Tarifa, the southernmost city of Spain
Tarifa is situated in the South of the Iberian Peninsula, in the province Cádiz, in Andalusia. Tarifa is located between the coasts Costa de la Luz and Costa del Sol, near the self-governing British overseas territory Gibraltar. Punta de Tarifa is the southernmost point in continental Europe.
Tarifa provides a small-town friendly atmosphere and is well- known as the capital of windsurfing due to the strong winds. For windsurfing fans there are numerous fantastic Costa de la Luz hotels or apartments in Costa de la Luz, near the great city of Tarifa.
