Cultural Highlights in Sitges!
Sitges is a very famous city for a Costa Dorada culture- holiday. The fantastic location between mountains and the sea offers a wide range of activities. The beaches are fantastic, some of them are award with the blue flag and the water is absolutely clear with a high quality. City Center:
The city center of Sitges has wonderful, ancient monuments. The churches Santa Tecla and Sant Bartome are absolutely well worth seeing! Further nice buildings are Casa de la Vila, a neo- Gothic, 19th Century building and the Maricel Palast, a building with influences from the Middle Ages, the Renaissance and the Baroque.

Museums:
In the Maricel-Museum you can see great collections of romance, gothic and modern art. The Romance Museum shows the Catalan community of the 19. Century. The Cau Ferrat Museum houses important artworks by modern artists. The museum is situated in the ancient home of the artist Santiago Rusiñol.
