Lloret de Mar is seen as a party location for tourists. But it is also possible to enjoy nice and peaceful vacation with the whole family there. The city is located at the Costa Brava and if you want to go to Barcelona, you can just take the train and you will be there in 45 minutes. As Lloret is situated at the sea, it is perfect for the children. They can play on the beach while the others relax under the sun! If that becomes boring, you can visit the Cap de Creus which is a national park or make a trip to Roses, the little but nice village. Of course Lloret de Mar has more than just a beach - you also can go shopping, enjoy the Spanish food in the restaurants or have a drink in one of the nice bars.
